  A 55 minute workout by yourself or with a partner held at a private training studio, outside, or at your house.

  I can honestly say that I've had the best experience with FOS. Gina has been incredible in working muscle groups, pushing me, tolerating my cussing, and encouraging me. She alternates workouts, keeps me accountable, and urges me on in my non-trainer work-outs. Additionally, she has been great working with me on the nutritional aspects of my diet.
